Generated reports can be opened via the Report Explorer which stores the history of generated reports. Right click on an entry in Report Explorer to open a report. Report types (Word, Excel, CHM) which are greyed out have not been generated and are not present.
To compare two CUCM or Unity Connection reports, select 2 report entries of the same type, right click and select Compare Reports . For more please see Comparison (Audit) Reports.
