If you plan to generate reports for Cisco Unity Connection, the IBM ODBC driver for Informix needs to be installed on the Windows machine that runs Report Tool.
Report Tool comes with an automatic setup tool. For previous versions, manual installation is required. Your Report Tool version can be found in the about tab in Report Tool. Please choose one of the two options below:
•Report Tool version 12, 14 and 15: Unity Connection ODBC Setup Tool
•Report Tool version 11: Manual ODBC driver installation
