After installation of the UPLINX Report Tool software from www.uplinx.com/downloads, additional setup steps are required to take full advantage of all the Report Tool's features.
In order to generate Microsoft Word reports , VBA Macro support must be installed and enabled; to do this, please see the following:

In order to generate reports for Cisco Unity Connection , an IBM ODBC driver must be installed and Cisco Unity Connection database access must be granted; to do this, please see the following:

If you plan to generate reports for Cisco UCCX that include UCCX scripts, the Cisco UCCX Editor will need to be installed; to do this, please see the following:
