After connecting to a phone, the display of the phone screen may fail intermittently or persistently.
To resolve the issue try the following:
•Verify that the phone's web page is reachable.
•Verify that the phone's screenshot can be retrieved from a web browser.
If any of the verifications fail or do not work reliably, there is an issue unrelated to the Remote Phone Control Tool. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:
•Firewalls
•Web Proxies tampering with HTTP traffic
•Connectivity problems (high-latency networks such as intercontinental connections or VPN)
•Particular device models (the performance of the retrieval of a phone screen image on Cisco 8900 and 9900 Series may be poor due to hardware limitations).
