Use the following steps to check if the web page of a Cisco phone is accessible.
Enable Web Access
In CUCM Administration [Device] -> [Phone] -> Select a phone, in section [Product Specific Configuration] -> Web Access.
The value should be set to Enabled, otherwise it needs to be changed to Enabled, then the phone will need a reboot.
Verify Web Access
Go back to the phone's configuration page and click on the IPv4 Address of the phone.
If the web page stays unreachable after enabling Web Access, there may be an ITL file problem. This can be detected using the free ITL Status Report and fixed using Bulk CTL/ITL Erase.
Verify DNS and Authentication URL Setting in Phone Web Page
•Verify that the Authentication URL starts with http:// unless the CUCM has the certificate for SSL configured properly.
•Verify that if the Authentication URL uses a host name, the DNS resolution on the phone has been correctly configured. If you see the CUCM listed by address, make sure the phone can resolve the DNS names. Unfortunately, there is no testing method to verify from the phone. Check phone logs.
