Step 5 - Include UCCX Scripts in Reports

The UCCX Scripts can be included step by step (fully decoded) in the  UCCX reports. Prerequisites: The "Script Aef Files" option needs to be selected in the included report configuratation items and the Cisco UCCX Script Editor must be installed and working locally.

The following is an example how a sample AEF script is shown in the UCCX configuration report:

Prerequisites

To download UCCX scripts (.aef) from the script repository on the UCCX server and to generate detailed script documentation including the icon steps, the Cisco UCCX Script Editor must be installed on the same machine as the Report Tool. Please see installing Cisco UCCX Editor for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.

To include reports about UCCX script files, the Script Aef Files object must be selected in the configuration tree.

During the UCCX report generation, a login authentication window will come up. A successful login is required to retrieve and include all scripts into the generated report.

All aef script files and images are copied from the UCCX script repository to the directory Output Directory of Reports plus \screenshots\ . It has the same directory structure as in the UCCX script repository .
