All configuration items are included in configuration reports except the following:
CUCM and IMP configuration reports
•Some enterprise and service parameters are missing for CUCM and IMP as these are not accessible (stored in XML files and cannot be read. Please ask Cisco to improve the AXL to include all enterprise and service parameters).
•CUCM User Management: Self-Provisioning.
•CUCM 12.5.1: Menu Headset: Not all Headset settings can be retrieved from CUCM.

Unless noted, these configuration items are not included in the reports, because the current Cisco implementation does not allow access to these configuration items. These configuration items will need to be manually copied into the generated Word report to produce a full report.

InformaCast configuration report
UPLINX Report Tool is able to offer a configuration report on your InformaCast setup. The following two InformaCast licenses are supported for reporting:
•InformaCast Basic Paging (License or Mode): access to configuration information is reduced through the InformaCast API, so Report Tool can only supply a minimal report.
•InformaCast Advanced Notification (License or Mode): includes all features and the report is complete.
Webex configuration report
UPLINX Report Tool must retrieve configuration data through the Cisco Webex API, documented at https://developer.webex.com/docs/admin .
Unfortunately, many config items of Webex cannot be retrieved through the API of Cisco Webex. There are no other means to retrieve configuration data. UPLINX has opened feature requests for missing config items.
