Supported Phones Bulk ITL Status Scan supports the following Cisco phone models (without Administrative password set):
•Cisco 6900 Series (exclduing 6901 and 6911)
•Cisco 7900 Series (excludes 7906, 7911, 7912, 7940, 7960 and all wireless and conference phones)
•Cisco 7800 Series
•Cisco 8800 Series
•Cisco 8900 Series
•Cisco 9900 Series
Any unsupported phones will have "ITL Status Scan not supported" warning in the ITL Status Scan Report.
Not Supported Phones when Administrative Password is set
The following phone models cannot be supported when access to the phone menu 'Administration Settings' has been secured with a password. Please see 'Understanding Administrative Passwords '. This is a limitation of these Cisco phone models.
•all Cisco 6900 Series
•Cisco 8941, 8945, 8961, 9951, 9971
Not Supported Phones when Administrative Menu is Disabled or restricted
Phones that are configured in CUCM for a disabled or restricted Menu , are not supported in ITL Erase or ITL Status report. Please see Disabled or restricted Menu.
Supported Cisco CUCM Server versions
Cisco Unified Communications Manager versions 9.0 and later. Only CUCM versions supported by Cisco are supported by UPLINX. Software that has reached EOL by Cisco is no longer tested or supported by UPLINX.
