The desktop edition of the UPLINX Phone Control Webex is available in the following license types:
oBasic License: Single User license for one Organization, unlimited phones, 3 years support and upgrades. Does not include reporting and tools. Remote Phone Control only.
oStandard License: Single User license for one Organization, unlimited phones, 3 years support and upgrades. Does include reporting and tools plus Remote Phone Control.
oProfessional License : Single User license for multiple Organization, unlimited phones, 3 years support and upgrades. Does include reporting and tools plus Remote Phone Control.
oEnterprise License: Cost effective bundle for teams and hierarchical license administration by a license admin. Includes up to 12 Professional licenses that include all features. RTU 1 year for priority support and software maintenance.
Tools: To be extended in future for screenshot wizard, migration tools etc.
Single User license: Technically a windows user account on a single windows machine.

Licenses can be used on Microsoft Windows Terminal Servers. One License is required per user account, please see Per-User Licensing and Terminal Servers.
UPLINX offers also a Web based remote phone control tool with advanced features and security that does not require per user licensing and installation.
Hardware ID (HID)
The desktop edition of the UPLINX Remote Phone Control tool is bound to a single windows machine, which is identified by the Hardware ID (HID). The
Hardware ID (HID) is calculated out of:
•Security ID of the windows user.
•MAC address of the Ethernet card (physical or virtual)
•Processor ID (if avail)
License options and the Hardware ID (HID) appear in the UPLINX Remote Phone Control in the 'About' tab.
Without a license applied, Phone Control Tool operates in demo or trial mode. Please see Trial Limitations.
