UPLINX Phone Control Webex enables you to remotely control Cisco phones connected to Cisco Webex Calling (in the cloud) and generates phone inventory and statistics reports. Various tools make is easier to operate and manage Cisco Webex Calling .
This is the user guide for the UPLINX Phone Control Webex (Desktop edition). It is a Windows form based application.
UPLINX also offers a web based solution that offers higher security (audit logging, LDAP based logging, simplified MPP phones control with certificate) with additional functionality and a simplified licensing. The web edition can be installed on-prem or hosted (Saas) by UPLINX.
The UPLINX Phone Control Webex has the following functionalities:
•Remotely control Cisco phones running PhoneOS (9800 Series and 8875) or MPP (6800, 7800, 8800 Series) that are connected to Webex Calling. The user interface is designed to represent and mimic the physical phone. Additionally, some advanced features and information are added to enhance usability.
•Phone inventory and statistics reports.
•Conduct Bulk Operations with tools (future)

The Remote Phone Control Tool runs on any Windows PC. It is based on secure C# code utilizing the Microsoft .NET 4.8 framework that is installed by default.

- Install UPLINX Remote Control Tool for Webex Calling on Windows from https://www.uplinx.com/downloads/. No registration is required.
- A Webex Calling account with administrator rights to securely give access to this tool with OAuth
